Join us in our Celebration of Lancashire and the Fylde Coast fabulous fare with entertainment each evening and demonstrations and events each day.
The chefs will produce each evening a different tradional sweet and savoury Lancashire dish to celebrate the diversity, quality and traditions of local producers and Lancashire fare, highlighting the very best of this glorious coast and region.
MONDAY 27TH
5.30pm ‘Colin Burbridge’ from Lancashire Wine School will give a relaxed talk on wine & cheese & which wine compliments which Lancashire cheeses. the fantastically flavoursome Cheeses supplied by ‘Leagrams’ Organic cheeses
TUESDAY 28th
10.00am TBC
3.00pm Bingo in the Atlantis
9.15pm Quiz in the bar on a Lancashire theme
WEDNESDAY 29th
10.00am ‘Enticing Cakes’ in the Atlantis Room
2.30pm ‘Holly Cottage’ Preserves in Atlantis Room
